Bar Cesar has the best bar crew in Oakland. We have carefully selected each and every bartender to provide you with the best service, and the best drinks possible. We use only fresh squeezed juice from fruit that is locally and organically grown. Our bar manager creates all of our cocktails using only his own unique mixes, bitters, and infusions, all of which are made on site. Each cocktail we serve is crafted to order, and can not be duplicated anywhere else.

We currently feature a wine list that has thirty-seven wines from around the world. We focus on South American, Spanish, and Californian wines, but carry some bottles from other areas including multiple parts of Europe and other parts of the US. We also currently have fourteen wines by the glass, and are capable of pairing our wines to any of our foods for any occasion. Our wine list is regularly rotating to keep it fresh for our guests and give you the opportunity to try new wines with new foods (of course we keep some of our favorites for extended periods of time).

We also have eight beers on tap and five by the bottle. We carry some unique and some well known brews. We rotate our beers for the same reason we rotate our wines, to keep things fresh and give our guests opportunities to try new things. We have a good variety of styles of beer so you can always find something you'll like whether it's an IPA, a Belgian style beer, or a Mexican lager, we'll have something to suit your tastes. Many of our beers are brewed locally.
